Led a global project which designed an 'expert' career path for professional communities across COO; enabling technical / specialist professionals to effectively plan their personal and career development.

STANDARD CHARTERED

Worked with Risk, Compliance, HR and Communications in the launch of the Bank's new Group Code of Conduct. Enabled the launch of the code through planned communication and development programme, together with work on fair accountability behaviours linked to the organisation's performance management process.

Identified synergy savings of £5m through creation of an analysis programme of L&D service delivery models across UK, France, Netherlands and Belgium that established an accurate cost base vs. quality of output (benchmarked externally).
